These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of exposephoto.com (the "Site") and any EXPOSÉ photo booth ("Booth") you use at an event. By visiting the Site, scanning a QR code from a Booth, or using a Booth at an event, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or a Booth.
EXPOSÉ operates photo booths at events — weddings, brand activations, conventions, and similar gatherings. A Booth captures photos (and, on some setups, a short video), can apply a themed visual style or an AI-generated "vibe" caption, and prints a photo strip on-site. After your session, a QR code on your strip links to the Site, where you can download your photos and video for a limited time (see our Privacy Policy for how long).
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't expect anyone under 13 to interact with it on their own. Booths are used at public and private events and may be used by guests of any age under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or event host — that's a normal part of an in-person event and is separate from using the Site itself.
You own your likeness and the photos taken of you. By using a Booth, you give EXPOSÉ a limited license to capture, process, store, style, and deliver your photos and video back to you as part of providing the service — nothing more. We do not use your photos for advertising or marketing without asking you first.
Photos are automatically removed from our systems after the retention window described in our Privacy Policy. Once removed, we can't recover or re-send them, so please save your copy while it's available.
Some themes include an AI-generated style filter or a short "vibe" caption describing your photo. This is an automated, for-fun creative feature — it's not a factual analysis, professional advice, or an accurate description of you, and results can be unpredictable or occasionally miss the mark. We don't use this feature to identify who you are.
Where a session involves payment, it's processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's own terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by the event host or EXPOSÉ staff on-site.
When using the Site or a Booth, you agree not to:
The Site and Booths are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that a Booth will be available or fault-free at every event, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXPOSÉ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a Booth, including loss of photos or video after the retention window has passed. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the session giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold EXPOSÉ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or a Booth.
We may refuse or discontinue service to anyone who damages Booth equipment, disrupts an event, or otherwise violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site or a Booth after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
