This policy explains what EXPOSÉ ("EXPOSÉ," "we," "us") collects when you visit exposephoto.com or use one of our photo booths at an event, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. It covers both the website and the in-person photo booth experience, since the two work together: the booth takes your photos, and this website is where you come to download them.
By using our website or a booth at an event, you're agreeing to the practices described here. If something here doesn't make sense or you have a specific question, email us — see Contact below.
Photos and video. The booth captures your photos and, for some events, a short auto-generated video. These are used to produce your printed strip and your online download.
AI style output. If the event's booth offers themed filters or an AI-generated "vibe" caption, that output is generated from your photos for that session only. We do not use this feature to identify who you are — it applies a visual style and writes a caption, nothing more.
Payment information. If your session involves a payment, that payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
Session and device data. The booth and this website log basic technical details needed to operate — which booth was used, timestamps, and standard web request data (like IP address and browser type) when you load a page. This is operational data, not a personal profile.
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive whatever you include — your email address and your message.
We do not require an account, login, or any personal profile to use a booth or download your photos.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos for advertising.
We don't keep a long-term copy once that window closes. This means that in most cases, there's nothing further to delete after 24 hours have passed — but if you have a specific concern, you're welcome to reach out (see Contact).
We rely on a small number of outside services to run EXPOSÉ. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:
We don't sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above (to the extent needed for them to do their job), or when required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal request.
We use reasonable technical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our cloud infrastructure — to protect the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Our booths are used at public and private events, sometimes by minors under a parent or guardian's supervision at that event — this is normal for a photo booth in a public setting, and is separate from online data collection under this policy.
Because we automatically remove session photos and video after 24 hours, there's usually nothing further to delete by the time you'd think to ask. If you have a question about a specific session, or want to ask what information we have about you, email us — see Contact below.
If you're a California resident, California law gives you the right to ask what personal information a business holds about you and to request deletion. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of there — but you can still reach out with any request.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
